It’s been awhile since I had an ice cream, due to the cold weather.  This ice cream is common in the Philippines, it’s purple because it’s purple yam.  It’s called Ube ice cream.  Before you judge, it’s actually very delicious!  So if you ever get the chance to visit a Filipino store, I suggest you to buy this wonderful flavour!
